What is embodiment coaching?

An important aspect of Embodiment coaching is deepening your body awareness. How often are we led by our thoughts and totally lose contact with our bodies? Just like our thoughts control our body, our embodiment (the way we are in the world in our bodies) influences our thoughts and feelings.

If we feel stressed we look at the world differently and make different decisions than when we are relaxed and open. 

And usually we don’t even notice where we hold tension in our body.

Often we embody the same unconscious patterns in similar situations. We need to become aware of these patterns to be able to overcome them. Usually it’s not enough to understand the problem with our mind. We need to change our embodiment, otherwise we will always fall back into the same behavioral patterns.

With the help of embodied practices, breathing exercises, archetypical poses and visualisations I will help you to reach your goals by identifying and overcoming patterns that don’t serve you.
